Senior Executive Communications Coach and Trainer
Bluestone Executive Communications is seeking a Senior Executive Communications Coach and Trainer to assist our rapidly growing practice in providing media training and executive communication coaching to our elite client list of corporate, non-profit, and government leaders.
This is an exciting opportunity to work face-to-face with executives and other leaders, providing them with career-changing support and skills development via our proven Bluestone methodologies and techniques, all while working in a fun, flexible environment.
Successful candidates will:
Possess previous success in one or more of these communication fields: TV, radio, or print journalism; public relations; communications instruction, speech writing; marketing communications, sales training, or other corporate training.
Be a fast thinker and strong writer with exceptional command of English grammar, punctuation, and word usage.
Enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to quick turns and deadlines.
Be considerate and flexible and enjoy working with professionals from a wide range of industries, organizations, disciplines, and cultural backgrounds.
Demonstrate exceptional professionalism through work, behavior, dress, and manners to reinforce our brand as a provider of premium services to the highest-level professionals.
Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher and at least ten years of professional experience.
Be able to regularly work onsite at our Birmingham, Michigan offices or wherever clients need us.
Primary duties include:
Following our proprietary Bluestone Executive Communications curricula to coach executives and other professionals to improve their performance in presentations, speeches, media interviews, and other high-stakes communication opportunities.
When required or requested by clients, provide onsite services that may include writing, editing, advising, or coaching to client organizations.
Assist in program development, client relations, marketing, and thought-leadership projects, as needed to continue to grow and advance our firm.
